Episode summary

A shopping round turns into a lesson in compliments and fit. A shirt looks great, a jacket even better; colors get judged as cute or right for the buyer while another option is dismissed as not as good. Price talk stays simple—twenty-five euros, is that okay?—before more trying-on: size L is too big, so M is next, and the jacket really suits the wearer. Someone admits they did not want to buy anything, yet the jacket wins them over, and the outing was fun. A hand is offered, perhaps with contact for another shopping trip, and then panic: where is the bag? It is ahead on the street. Listen for steht dir gut versus passt and for size letters spoken aloud in a real store.

Drill the trio gefällt mir / passt / steht dir gut with one garment each. Ask Wie viel kostet das? before you praise an item so price and opinion stay linked. In stores, Welche Größe? plus M/L is enough at A1.
