Episode summary
A prospective roommate arrives: Marvin wants to look at the room because he is searching for a new shared flat. Lisa greets him as the person from the phone call and begins a tour of the apartment. Nawin introduces himself as the current occupant of the room that will soon be free. They start in the living room, where the windows are large and the space feels bright. Marvin asks how many rooms the flat has and hears there are five rooms, plus a kitchen and a bathroom. In Nawin’s room he notices the size; after a guess of ten square meters, they settle on eleven. It is also very quiet, with no cars. The kitchen is cozy—the place where the housemates often sit. When Marvin asks about cost, Lisa says the rent including utilities is 400 euros a month. Marvin wants the room immediately, but Lisa notes that other interested people are coming and promises they will call him.
